Wow. This is making me rethink my disdain for Liefeld. This is a gorgeous sketch! The layout could be better, but none of the classic Liefeld pitfalls are occurring here.

DeleteEarly Liefeld had a simple charm that was lost in his later work. To be fair, I think the more he tried to keep up with McFarlane and Lee, the more his shortcomings showed.
