Marvel Investor's Reports - which were sent out to stockholders - usually featured unique comic art, like this cover, which I believe is by Tom Morgan.
This cover for X-Men: The Early Years #18 by Dan Panosian remains unpublished, since the reprint book was cancelled after issue #17. This issue ended up being double sized, and reprinted X-Men #17 and #18.
Steve Uy's website features this amazing Uncanny X-Men cover that was never used. There are several more X-Men covers on his site, along with a lot more of his brilliant artwork.
